Crack Repair, Coatings & Linings

    NWCW is a certified and proven applicator for many different industrial coating and lining products. This includes epoxy and polyurethane-based spray-applied coatings, such as Sprayroq and Tnemec.

    We can also install sheet-applied polypropylene and fiberglass standalone lining systems and have in-house certified welders for hot air extrusion welding.

    NWCW specializes in resurfacing and coating concrete assets to protect against the corrosive effects of hydrogen sulfide gas on wastewater conveyance systems and chemicals commonly used in water treatment plants.

    NWCW specializes in waterproofing & repair of bulkhead and seawall structures most noticeably seen through:

    • Water intrusion
    • Soil loss

    Once damage is visible there tends to be a small window of time for effective repair.

    Our process does not require digging or excavation resulting in a cost effective solution with minimal disruption and damage to the surrounding area.

     

    Environmental Impact:

    • Our materials used for repair inert and environmentally friendly. This enables us to repair both fresh and saltwater structures.

    Chemical Grouting - I and I Remediation

    Water infiltration and inflow is a huge and growing problem for municipalities and others responsible for operating limited capacity treatment plants. One of NWCW’s core competencies includes I&I mitigation work. We provide the following injection repairs for structural concrete:

    • chemical injection crack repairs for wet surfaces
    • flexible, water-activated grout pumped from inside a structure where external excavation is impossible for access or expense reasons
    • epoxy crack filler for dry substrates or to re-bond cracked structures before coverage with high-strength grout and/or protective coatings
    • We will perform these services on brick-and-mortar manholes as well as concrete assets

     

     

    Other Services

    • CORING – NWCW provides concrete coring from 2″ up to 24″ in diameter, to tie in sewer service to underground assets, including building foundations. Offering this service allows us to ensure live sewer connections and time-sensitive work can be completed in-house, without delay.
    • ASPHALT & CONCRETE SAW-CUTTING
    • ACCESS REHABILITATION – NWCW offers ladder and step replacement to manholes, lift stations and other system assets
    • MANHOLE COATINGS TESTING – We offer adhesion testing and holiday testing
    • OIL/WATER SEPARATOR MAINTENANCE – NWCW provides maintenance and repair of oil/water separators. Services may include
